You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we can offer a free replacement for the same product or an item of equal value.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
